Internship
In 1986, SAR and the Los Rios Community College System created the SAR/Los Rios Internship program to invite more minority community members to consider the real estate field. The program has been very successful. Today, students of every ethnic background participate in our semester-long internship program, gaining hands-on experience and sponsor supervision while learning the valuable real estate agent and broker skills that contribute to a successful career.
In addition, students who take full advantage of the program receive 4 units of college credit.
