Real Estate Finance Forums

To get the most out of your affiliate membership, join the Real Estate Finance Forum. The forum’s goal is to provide affiliate industry members with information; discussion, speakers and networking opportunities while advocating the importance of the SAR affiliate membership.

The Real Estate Finance Forum offers:

• An opportunity for lender members to be a “rate giver” and announce current interest rates at weekly SAR membership meetings in the Central, South, Orangevale, and Elk Grove regions.
• An opportunity to be a “financial speaker” every third Tuesday of each month at the SAR regional membership meetings on a current topic of interest.
• A single point of contact for participating in SAR activities to increase visibility and recognition for yourself and your company.
• A channel of communication to network with other real estate professionals.
• A source for information exchange for all members of the real estate community.

REALTOR® Participation

For REALTORS®, the Real Estate Finance Forum provides:

• A source of information for brokers and agents about affiliate industry services and current industry trends.
• A source of education for REALTORS® about the intricacies of completing successful real estate transactions.
• Client referrals from SAR affiliate members.
• An opportunity to work with other professionals in the real estate profession who have common goals and objectives.
• A source of volunteers for SAR-sponsored community service projects and events that benefit the community and SAR members.
