Century 21 Select’s 3rd annual Picnic in the Park fundraiser for the Salvation Army was a fun day for the 225 attendees. With 15 classic cars, from a 1932 Ford truck to spiffy Corvettes, a full BBQ lunch and prizes being given away every few minutes – there was something for everyone.
Patrick Flynn and Mark Terran from Standford Mortgage grilled up delicious hamburgers and hot dogs with all the trimmings throughout the afternoon; while Tara Wells from Fidelity Home Warrantee created grand ice cream sundaes with every topping imaginable. It was quite a feast!
Congratulations to Nita Castro, Marie Richman and Pam Poore who headed up the committee which was supported by the entire office that created this successful event that raised $3,500.
Thanks to the many people who donated gifts for the silent auction and participated in the give aways. I’d say a good time was had by all! I’m looking forward to next year.
