New Lunch & Learn Series

SAR is dedicated to providing educational classes for its members.  Understanding that our Members have busy schedules, but need to keep updated on the newest real estate trends, our Lunch & Learn series is dedicated to offering the hottest topics, at a convienent time, and providing lunch; all at a low cost!

Lunch & Learns will be held at least once a month from 12:00 – 1:30pm. Thirty minutes is provided to consume your lunch and network with fellow REALTORS®. A 45 minute session is given on the pre-determined topic with 15 minutes allocated for questioning afterwards.

Our first Lunch & Learn was a success. We filled our Boardroom with 36 people and had lots of fun. Everyone enjoyed their lunch and passed a few business cards around.  Erin Attardi was our speaker for our first Lunch & Learn. She is one of the area’s most knowledgable in social networks and using it to gain clients.  Although, this presentation was to be a Facebook & Twitter basics 101 class,  some people were anxious to learn how to incorporate the social networks into their business.

With a great turnout and rising demand for knowledge about the social network sites, there will most likely be an advanced class for this topic.

Our next Lunch & Learn is scheduled for May 28 with Ted Russert speaking on “Writing a Successful REO Offer.”  Make sure to check the SAR website regularly for updates and other upcoming classes.
