The Fall Conference is Coming!

2009 Fall Conference Logo
Get energized with our exciting lineup of guest speakers, vendors, educational sessions, and special features at SAR’s 2009 Fall Conference & EXPO (previously known as the Tech Expo).

At our enhanced tradeshow, there’ll be opportunities to meet with folks specializing in sustainable products and lifestyles, technology companies, mortgage lenders, and many other real estate related vendors. In addition there will be many avenues for networking, and of course – lots of fun!

For those of you who have attended the “Tech Expo” in the past, you will notice that this year things will be a little different… instead of focusing solely on technology we are adding a couple subject tracks to provide you with a little more content and education that you can use daily, both personally and professionally.

These track are:

Right Tools Right Now” – which promises to give business and marketing tools that you need, and can use immediately.

It is Easy Being Green” – to give the REALTORS® the information they need on energy efficient products that their clients keep asking about,

Recharging your Batteries” – to get you motivated to recharge those batteries and keep ‘em charged to make it through to the next boom.

Thanks to our generous major sponsor MetroList, in addition to our breakout sessions we’ll have two general sessions. Our opening general session, “Real Estate, the Next Generation” presented by Matthew Ferrara, will strip away all of the old clichés and assumptions about how real estate should be done and prepare brokers and agents to implement an “industrial revolution” at their companies. The program will also help attendees develop a modern strategy that finally helps their business evolve and succeed in a totally modern way!

And let’s not forget lunch! We will feature great food, give you the opportunity to renew old acquaintances and make new friends, visit the vendor booths, and of course have a little fun. And all of this is courteous of our lunch and booth sponsor Rapattoni!

And you won’t want to leave early as this year we have a terrific closing general session titled: “Good News in Challenging Times” by Jim Casey. This session will be the best medicine for the barrage of negativity which is enveloping every real estate agent in the world. As the market returns to the business basics of QUALITY and VALUE, agents can leverage this opportunity to create sound and sustainable businesses that thrive in the tough times and the good. Unlike other “feel good” presenters, Jim Casey will share simple, tried and tested activities that guarantee success in any market, especially this one!

Then, be sure to stick around for the vendor and Fall Conference prizes – remember, you must be present to win.

And in the end, we’ll have you out by 4:00pm, so you will still have your whole weekend ahead of you!

Did I mention what a great deal this conference is? Only $25 for REALTOR® Association and MLS Members. Not a REALTOR® Member? Join now – or pay the slightly higher $30 non-Member registration fee. Oh and if register before August 31, you’ll be entered in a drawing to win $500. But we are in a giving mood and if you register online at ims.sacrealtor.org you will receive one additional entry on top of the early registration entry.
