Kevin Nunn, Vice Chair of the Housing Opportunity Committee, explained the ins and outs of such programs as FHA, CalHFA, CalVet, NeighborWorks, the MCC and others. Kevin received help with certain topics, calling on Bobbi Glassell for information on the Energy Efficient Mortgage (EEM) and Scott Short to provided insight on CalPERS. Members of the audience were given a chance to have their questions answered by the speakers. Local organizations including Golden1, NeighborWorks, CalVet, Wells Fargo, EEM, the Sacramento Home Loan Counseling Center and others were on site to continue answering questions of the audience.
