Upload Your Photo to SAR's Website

Who Are You?

Did you know that the Sacramento Association of REALTORS® (SAR) Member’s Only portion of the website gives you the ability to upload your own photo to our Membership database?

The picture you upload will then show on your personal information page, where you can always update the picture or remove it, and the picture will also show on our “Find Members/Offices” search page on the SAR website for the public to see. Also along the way you may also wish to add a quick biography or marketing piece for yourself that the public can see. The best part is that it doesn’t cost anything to upload your photo other than a few minutes of your time and it takes just a few clicks to complete the process.

To Upload a Photo:

To get started, first things first you are going to have to log in to the SAR Member’s Only website:

Now Your Image is Loaded
From the Home menu, click on Update Your Personal Information:
SAR's IMS Main Menu

Next, select Upload Picture:

Personal Information Update Page

Click the Browse button to locate and open the picture file (picture must be in JPG format). Then, click Upload Picture to preview the photo.

You Can Upload Your Picture

Click OK to complete the process. When you upload a picture to the website, the website will try automatically resize the photo if it does not meet the recommended picture size.

NOTE: The recommended picture size is 200 pixels wide by 300 pixels high (at 72 pixels/inch).

Confirm Your Picture Screen

Now when you click on Update Your Personal Information you should see the picture that you have uploaded:

Now Your Image is Loaded

Adding a picture makes your personal information page look more professional, and makes a powerful marketing tool for you for your clients and potential clients.
