Find an Affiliate

Affiliates are the additional professionals who are essential in completing a real estate transaction:

• Mortgage brokers and bankers
• Title and escrow officers
• Home inspectors
• Pest control inspectors
• Home warranty providers
• Insurance agents

You may already have a good business relationship with a number of affiliates. Tell your REALTOR® whom you have worked with and trust. He or she most likely knows the company, too.

If you don’t know any lenders or title representatives or insurance agents, your REALTOR® will recommend people with whom she or he has worked successfully. As you did when selecting your REALTOR®, ask your affiliates questions so that that you understand their respective process.
