Video Seminars

We offer video seminars for individuals who do not wish to study online. The subjects include: Agency, Ethics, Fair Housing, Risk Management and Trust Funds. Each video is approximately 2.5 hours and are followed by a 20-minute true/false exam. Video Seminars are held upstairs in the Association every Tuesday & Thursday.

Cost of each video: $16 for Members $25 for Non-Members

Home Studies

Whether you need 15 hours or 45 hours of continuing education credit, SAR sells a C.A.R. home study program with all the classes DRE requires. Simply study the material and take the tests online at your convenience. DRE requires that you purchase the home study material at least one week prior to testing.

Available for purchase upstairs in the Education Department.

Periodically, SAR offers a "45-hour in 1/2 Day" Course by Duane Gomer.
To participate:
- Students must come to the SAR offices upstairs
- Purchase home study materials
- Pay the $70 (member) fee
- Attend a live review followed by testing.

Live testing covers 15 hours of material only. The other 30 hours of testing is done online at a later date.
