SAR's Real Estate Training Institute (RETI)

Each year Sacramento Association of REALTORS® seasoned professionals offer their time, talent and knowledge to provide new and returning REALTORS® with "real world experience." As an SAR Member, we encourage you to participate in this well respected training series. You will meet other Members and learn some of the "tricks of the trade" from those who have years of practical experience. The cost is a nominal $99 for all 10 sessions. Plan to attend each one. There are no make up sessions and you must be present to receive the valuable handouts.

SAR's Broker Training Institute (BTI)

This program, which is designed for new Brokers, existing Brokers, and REALTORS interested in becoming Brokers, will be offered from 9:00am - 12 noon on Mondays. Classes include Marketing your company, Insurance issues, Legalities, etc.
