Real Estate Training Institute (RETI)

Each year Sacramento Association of REALTORS^® seasoned professionals offer their time, talent and knowledge to provide new and returning REALTORS® with "real world experience." As an SAR Member, we encourage you to participate in this popular training series. You will meet other Members and learn some of the "tricks of the trade" from those who have years of practical experience. The cost is a nominal $99 for all 10 sessions. Plan to attend each one.

Broker Training Institute (BTI)

This series provides both REALTORS^® and new brokers with the information they need to open a brokerage. Classes include writing a business plan, developing a filing system, insurance concerns, marketing and training agents.

FEATURES:

• Taught by several seasoned SAR brokers
• Includes 8-10 half day courses
• Great networking resource
• Held on Mondays from 9:00am – 12noon in the fall
