February 20th meeting:
All You Need to Know about FHA and updates.  We have Nancy West from HUD who will talk about the changes in all the HUD guidelines and how it will affect Realtors and appraisers as well.  William McKnight, Appraisal Ace, will talk about the differences in appraisals for FHA properties vs conventional sales and Bobbi Glassel from Energy Efficient Mortgages will educate us on how to sell a home using FHA financing even with the 203k renovation products.  

March 20th meeting :
Meet the Affiliates and Increase Your Bottom Line; it will be a found table of different affiliates throughout the Sacramento area who have companies and/or services that can assist Realtors.  Everything from appraisers, home inspectors, decorators, painters, title people, etc.  This is a chance to learn about their products and what they offer all in one convenient location.
