When you join SAR, you also become a member of the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) and National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).

Dues Schedule

The following dues schedule shows prorated amounts for the 2010 calendar year. Only new members may pay the prorated amounts below. Returning members should contact Member Services (916-922.7711) to determine the amount due.

The total amount includes a one-time $130 administrative fee, which is charged to all new Members. The expanded total in the "With REALTOR® Action Fund" column reflects a voluntary $49 contribution to C.A.R.'s REALTOR® Action Fund.

*Members are encouraged to support SAR's legislative efforts by making a voluntary contribution to C.A.R.'s REALTOR® Action Fund. C.A.R. recommends that you contribute at either the $197 level - The True Cost of Doing Business or the $49 Basic PAC Contribution. The $197 level includes $49 for PAC Contributor, $49 for CREPAC/Champion; $99 for CREPAC/Federal and an invitation to the Capitol Reception held in Sacramento every June.
