As a service to our members and the community at large, SAR provides monthly statistical information, compiled from the MetroList® Multiple Listing Service database.

These online statistics offer a quick snap shot of the general sales activity in our area. More detailed reports are available to members through our REALTORS® Only section.

Accessing Archives

SAR has electronic versions of statistical information from 2002 to the present. If you need statistical information that is not available online, please contact Tony Vicari at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Depending on the year and the number of months you need, we can either e-mail them to you for free or for a small fee. Many of our older statistics are not available electronically and you may need to make an appointment to review our office archives. Copies of statistical information are 10 cents each.
